The Met Gala - Best of the worst, Worst the worst....& What the Hell was She Thinking

Fashion has one of the most magnificent followings eery year they have one event that is the bell of the ball and you better put your best dress forward, but some stars did not so here we will examine, the best of the worst, the worst of the worst and the What The Hell was she thinking. The Met Gala, This is the event of the year, the top stars come to this event to show off the top fashions by the top designers and if your not well know and a top designer and a star wears your out fit for the night you go from being un know to being know in an instant. but this night this year seemed like every star told there stylist to take a hike and they went at there closests with blind trust because there outfit were not... I repeat WERE NOT the best and today were going to go though my not like my complete not likes and my What the F*** so lets begin.
     why theses are the best of the worst and worst of the worst, I grade on a very simple scale (4) looks presentable looks like a good dress actually looks like it could be a nice dress but does not work for the preson and does not function well (3) it just does not work (2) border-lining on you were not even trying and you must have been blind when you put that thing on (1) did someone really tell you you looked good in that what in the hell where you thinking or were you even thinking.
     The best of the worst, why are theses the best of the worst because they look like they almost could have worked for them they just dropped the ball a bit. I also have to take into account who they are, where they are and why they might have dressed that way for instances trending thing in Hollywood. all these things push them to very low on the bad meter. which makes them the best of the worst.

BEYONCE
 

 she is Number 4# why because he dress at first glance looked nice, but taking a closer looks at the dress it looks how shall i say this but it looks bad, for her... Beyonce looks like she is trying to be the upstanding wife and not BEYONCE!, she looks tight tied up and like she could not move even if she wanted to in this dress and guess what... she couldn't why because she could not even walk up the steps in this dress that is how bad this dress was for her. it's not a Beyonce. what would have made this dress pop open the bottom front area (so she can walk) Take that top part off so that  it's off the shoulders let the hair down for ah half up half down look and ad a pop of color with a rosy read lip or that red orange lip and she would have been a real drop dead gorgeous Beyonce look   

MILA JOBAVICH

her outfit was on the scale of a (4) because she looks like she is wearing something that she just grabbed out of her closet and decided to to put on she real looks like she heard about the event grabbed what she had on hand pulled her hair into a half decent bun and ran out the door. It would have looked a lot better if the dress was more fitted hear hair was more done like the bun had a design in it and the fit of the dress was more flirty and it would have looked a lot better on her especially with those earrings

ASHLEY OLSON

this looks is a 4 why because the outfit would look perfect if the damn sleeve were not on it those sleeves jump out at you and I don't think they look all that good a white shawl maybe, long flared sleeves her look is a bit plane with the make up if she gave her makeup a bit more pop it would make it stand out a bit more seeing as the dress is the plane black now if the big sleeve is that pop it still don't excuse the make-up she nees the make up to gie it some continutiy with out it her face washes out and all you see is the dress and more so the big sleeve now iff she was going for something to make people talk it succeed

FERGIE

Fergie is a beautiful woman she has a great look about her but he dress DID not show HER in it 4 because the dress is a gorgeous gown, but she doesn't look right in it, it's styled all wrong for her it would be awesome if she had the same dress slit up on side to the knee remove the sleeves, chop the tail and make it half  make it a one shoulder gown remove the hair band let the hair be loose and over the shoulders and a nice pair of drop earrings and she would look the bomb.

ANGEL CHUNG

Now I'm not familiar with her or anything she has ever done but I am fashion and this dress looks bad she is the first to go on the 3three level cause, this dress is so lucky i don't make it a 1 because it's just bad. but  will give it a break because i don't know this actress styles so she gets points for that. what is wrong with it the color blend the black see through top and hen that purple lavenders metallic blue thing I just don't know what o say that would fix it maybe if it was smaller metallic flacks and a mix pattern of the black and the metallic, and the see though part at the top was not as trance parent as it is it would look better. and if the shirt part had more of a flare too it

CHRISTINA RICHI & and CHRISTINA

Christina Riches dress land her on the 3 scale because the e dress is not only the wrong two colors but it's the wrong two bricks is she too that dress and did it in a under layer of black velvet and a over layer of transparent black with silver and black sparkles and the top part have a hairs shape cut, transparent sleeves or key whole  halter with the neck choker and transparent sleeves she would have looked knock out .
    Now are other Christina she would have looked better if the dress did not have that layered pleating look and the color, not feeling it shes an older woman but that does not mean she has to look it she could have changed the shape of the top her dress would actually look good if it was in Fergie's dress style and everything else about it stay the same she would look knock out. (that is what was wrong with Fergie's dress it looked)

TANGIE NEWTON

Now Tangie her dress is a 3 because it has 2 many things going on with it, and I meant that she has 2 dresses going on in one, literally a short mini dress and a long transparent halter now it is obvious why she ware the mini because she would be naked under the over top dress alone but if she had worn the mini that was solid black or he over transparent was a silver gray it would have worked better and instead of being mini under either being to the floor or long like a one piece swimsuit under neath would have made all the difference and the outer dress not being so sheer and he mini may have been part of the original dress and in that case that makes it just plane ugly dress, because it then turns it to trashy but I'll give it the benefit of the doubt 

TAYLOR SWIFT

 god shakes head this dress has so many WRONG things going on with it I can't even figure out where to start.  If the dress was all black over lay at the bottom from the front that those pleated side hanging things start. or the dress be black have gold or tan lace have a skirt like Beyonce's but starting at where i is stared now or in the colors it's in right now tan skirt starting at the hip NO black. as you can ell the only thing wrong with it is the skirt   

MAGGIE GRACE

the dress would look better if the shoulder pieces were around the arm if her hair was down and instead of that heart looking thing maybe a key whole and the front shaped like a heart the heart cut top this looks plain she looks plain in it. and the expression on her face is not helping the fact at all. she looks like she doesn't even want to e there and if that is the case why even bother coming her attitude brings the dress down   

FLORENCE WELCH (2-3)

When I look at this our fit I see Princess laya with out the buns, I know 70's and boho chique are in but come on people this is a gala not a casual dress party invitations need to say DRESS UP ATTIRE ONLY and then turn away the non pretty dressed she would look just fine in the same color and in a evening gown then put more of a curl in her hair or a white head wrap.   

MARY KATE OLSON (2-3)

 GA LA not your neighborhood get together, dress like your going to a gala not a barbeque where your passing around a joint. shes seventies literally there are other seventies looks that would have looked great. same colors fitted top off the shoulder and head wrap around her hair little different but would have looked more dressy then what she has on oh and a pretty green belt to match her bracelets.

BLAKE AND DIANE

were these two chanling mirmades because that is what the top of there dresses look like blakes dress is doing mermaid crossed between a greek godess and it is definatly not working AT ALL I mean she needs to choose one (my advice go wih the greek goddess because mermaid look looks bad) the dress would look alot better if she had that drapped dress done in a fitted waist and long flowing gown and then take the gems on the front and put them on the torso of the gown and that transparent material on a grecian sleeve that flated on the end.

Diane her dress would have been fine if she chose which look she wanted plan or mermaid.if she had done something like a black halter and then had the gems clustered at the top of the dress and then looking like they were raining down the front and a transparent overlay on the skirt to give it a metallic shimmer looking effect

RHIANA
To put is very simply the dress is see though I can see right thought it and see that she has nothing on under it not only does this look trampy for a gala her hair looks like they didn't even try maybe it would look better if it was just curled or put up lets compare it to a event she went to previously look at the dress she is wearing it is low cut but not to low the hair is up and she looks like she should look for going to a party this she looks trampy the dress would look better if it had that low cut front area hell make it J lo low (you know the dress) wear the hair super straight a loose curl and only brade the pony tail halfway but what ever you do make it chigue looking.

DEMI MOORE & SERENA WILLIAMS 

 These two looks bring only one thing to mind when i see them "Tared and Feathered" Demis gown loos like they took a glack tar and dipped the bottom in i and the top edge scrapped it off and then rolled it in feathers I know feathers us in this season but i guess (there is no acounting for taste when it comes to the feather department) Demi's dressed needs to be plucked and it would have een just fine that or the fethers be layed on to the bodess so flat that all you see is the design on the bodice not the actual feathers

Serena need to ditch the wite go for a gold coloer pluch the feathers DITCH THE DAMN HAT go for a fitted look with maybe a see though over lay skirt that flars out some and a gold shawl (she looks like a white turkey with that damn hat on) the feathers are not doing her absolutely any good

NAOMI CAMPBELL

Between a 2-1 because I'm still trying to figure out what is going on with the top of her out fit with it's cut out Grecian area I'm like okay the point your going for is did no one get the memo that this was a GALA if she wanted to do something make it a fitted heart shaped gown let that material pattern be at the top of the heart and around the neck area then let a peace of material drape down and around the back that would have looked a whole lot better then this TENT she wearing

 

I'll give you one guess why these three dressed are the runner up for the worst dresses of the night. wait I didn't hear you did you say they were the worst because they looked like kids dressed exactly why, actully

 ELLE FANNI

the first dress I would give a 5 yr oldes parents more credit then that. she needs on a plane white lace top black skirt black sleves white flare and she would look just fine, maybe let her hair down.

DAKOTA FANNING

Um, if any woman's friend asked them to wear that dress as there brides made THAT is when there friend ship should just totally be over she may only have looked good in that dress if she was lets say the age she came into the business on which was what 6 or 7 or maybe younger and shes how old now 17 18 now if it was a dress with a flower patern on it then a trncparent white over lay then maybey that would look good but not what she has on.

MIRANDA KERR


I have no clue what this Miranda is thinking but i do know that tutu's are for toddlers and girls in ballet and this event was neither. that dress would look a whole lot better if it was in a mermaid cut  like Beyonce's and then the girl let her hair down into maybe a side pony tail and let it be curly

THE #1 WORSE LOOK OF THE NIGHT

did someone not tell her this was a GALA not a FUNERAL he ONLY excuse she would have is if she came right straight from a funeral. the look would be awesome if she went for a menswear pant suit and a trench coat jacket with a train on it and hair looking like that manly comb back in the front bun in the back that would be hot. and then a nive tangerine lip or hot pink purple.knock out sexy
