Movies like Roll Bounce and Staring along side Angela Basset… Getting Marred in Late 2010. And through All that she has emerged as a CLASSY and Sophisticated Young woman in the industry that never Compromises her integrity for Her Fame.
She is a Role Model… and Aids Activist, always willing to fight for a cause that is close to her Heart
And FINALLY she’s getting the recognition that she has deserved for years after staring in Tyler Perry’s Temptations

Food – it’s Spring time and the one Holiday everyone things of in relation to food is EASTER

Not as big of a holiday celebration as thanksgiving and Christmas But there are some that ACTUALLY celebrate it.
Most Treat is like a Sunday Dinner time. But How can you do that and think Healthy for your
Diet. I’m about to Tell you.
What does one normally eat this day for Dinner well they usually Pull out the mashed Potatoes, The Chicken the Fish… If you kie Beef the Beef… Breens Macrony and Cheese and Roles.
STOP!!!
How can you make this same Dinner and Eat Healthy, you celebrating the resurrection of Christ you know… Not trying to send yourself to a hearly grave with High cholesterol from a heart attack
Put your garlic seasoning, salt and pepper NOT A LOT just little.
Mac and Cheese, uses a Healthier pasta Wheat or Spinach pasta and use a lighter cheese, season with Kosher salt LIGHTLY and LESS seasoning then what you notably use. If you use egg as binger only use the white.
Bake your Chicken, lightly season it, if you have stove top Grill plate grill it.
Do the same with your Beef… if you want you can steep the Beef in Gravy Make it all tender and then serve over or with the mashed Potatoes.
Fish – make the poach Pouches of fish, where you put the Raw fish in the aluminum pouch and seasonit to your liking… using OIL not Butter (I’m guilty I love Butter) Put your garlic lemon Juice, seasoning salt or kosher basil or Italian on the grill or in the oven cook it up Nice and in 20 to fourty Minutes you will have Tender fish to sink your teeth into
DON’T!!!
Cook the Green plane add a little Vinegar if you like.. Pinch of Kosher salt… other seasoning to taste… LIGHT seasoning… not Heavy.
And your Easter Sunday Dinner is Now ready to serve and you now have more Heart Healthy meals for family friends so that they will be around for years to come.

So what is New this Spring in Home Décor.
Me I love leopard Prints and Roses, so if you give me Black panel pillow with Black and white Leopard Print and Rose in a nice pink to throw around I’m all yours.
Buying accent pieces that can be good for all year round… buy your candles that can be set up for the season but still be used in the case of a emergency.
Leather Chairs, and accents, from cushioned bar stools that fit the scheme of the season.

Design – Design is something that I feel that I was ingrained with from a young child.
I use to take magazines apart and do room Collages of what I wanted my future home would look like with the furniture advertisements… every room and show them to my Mother to see.
Same thing with Clothing I would be the one to redesign the clothing all the pageant girls wore that I didn’t think was the tight thing for their look and then I would tweak it and make it better to my like.

your big toe chaffs me EVERY time)
